In 2018, the pub was completely renovated by Allan and Sandra after the pub was purchased. David Lob from Lob Constructions in Aberdeen went above and beyond during the renovations, working tirelessly on the pub. Many of the ideas for the renovations, particularly in the bar, were his suggestions and contributions.
